January POWerful word of the month is LOYALTY

We here at Discover Gymnastics feel that Gymnastics is not just a great physical workout, but also a place to really strengthen the whole child- mind AND body. For this reason, we are working with Dr. Robyn Silverman to implement "POWerful Words" in our curriculum. POWerful Words is a character development program that teaches students (and parents alike!) concepts such as "Dependability", "Trustworthiness", and "Honesty".
