Flip it Friday is our monthly tumbling workshop that is packed with individualized coaching to improve good technique on back handsprings, walkovers and roundoffs. The practice in these workshops emphasizes correct form and alignment for safety, learning new tumbling skills through effective progressions, plus tons of drills to enhance overall strength. All skill levels (ages 5-17yrs old) are welcome to enroll in this workshop that is tailored to fit what each student is working on. Our Flip it Friday events usually fall on the first Friday 7:00pm to 8:30pm of every month, unless scheduled otherwise around various events or holidays at the gym.
